ARTICLE 3 : PRICE

All the prices indicated on the site www.maison-janette.com are indicated in euros and take into account the French VAT in force and any other taxes, excluding any contribution to shipping costs. ARTICLE 4 : VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

ARTICLE 6 : ORDER

6.1Prior identification

The customer places his order online from the products in stock and available. ARTICLE 7 : DELIVERY

Any order that does not include a custom panoramic is prepared within 24 hours from receipt of payment, Monday to Friday; orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. The approximate delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

The leadtimes for our products are indicated on the product sheets.

Any order including at least one custom panoramic is prepared within 8 working days from receipt of payment,lthe approximate delivery time is 8 to 10 working days.

Orders placed on public holidays are prepared on the 1st following working day.

An email with the order number and the package tracking number is sent when the order is shipped.

The products are delivered to the address indicated during the ordering process (home or relay point) only in the territory of mainland France and Corsica.

Details of delivery costs and delivery time are indicated before order confirmation. In case of collection of the order in a relay point, a valid identity document will be required. Otherwise, the products ordered cannot be delivered to the customer who has 10 working days to collect his package.

If you notice a delay in delivery of more than 8 working days compared to the leadtime announced in the email sent by the carrier or if you are unable to follow the delivery of your package via the tracking number that was communicated to you , please contact our customer service as soon as possible, who will then undertake the research with the carrier to identify the problem and, if necessary, reship the order as soon as possible.

9.2 Return of products following withdrawal

Maison Janette undertakes to reimburse the customer for returned products, subject to compliance with the above-mentioned conditions.
Any refund resulting from a return will be made via the means of payment used during the initial order, once the product (s) have been returned and this within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made only for products returned in conformity.

9.3Return of a non-compliant product

Maison Janette cannot be held responsible for the misuse of the product or poor storage conditions and non-compliance with the installation and / or maintenance instructions for the product or even the DTU.

The technical constraints linked to the different production tools can be the cause of differences in batches. No complaint will be accepted for variation in the batches compared to the catalog.

The non-compliant product delivered may be either replaced or, where applicable, reimbursed by Maison Janette upon receipt.

ARTICLE 10 : RESPONSIBILITY
