DELIVERY x RETURNS

 

DELIVERY : 

 

     - Orders without custom panoramic :

Your order will be prepared within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of receipt of payment. If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery generally takes 4 to 5 working days.

 

     - Orders with custom panoramic :
If your order includes a made-to-measure panoramic, it will be prepared within 8 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery will then take 8 to 15 working days.

 

     - Orders contening paints :
If your order includes painting, delivery will take 7 to 15 working days.

 

     - Bank holidays :
Orders placed on public holidays will be prepared on the next working day.

 

     - Order tracking :
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Deliveries are made to mainland France, Corsica, to the address of your choice (home or relay point) and to Belgium (home delivery only). 

 

     - Delivery costs and times :
Charges and delivery times are displayed before your order is confirmed. Don't forget to bring your ID with you when you collect your parcel from a pick-up point! You have 10 days to collect your parcel.

 

    - Late delivery :

If your parcel is more than 8 days late or if you are unable to track it, contact us quickly. We'll check with the carrier and resend your order if necessary.

 

    - Delay of more than 20 days :

If delivery takes longer than 20 days, you can contact us by email bonjour@maison-janette.com or by telephone on 03 20 61 72 10 to request delivery or cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse you within 14 days.

 

 

WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND REFUND :

 

Right of withdrawal

 

     - Wallpaper, headboard :
You have 21 days from receipt of your order to change your mind. Contact us by e-mail at bonjour@maison-janette.com or by telephone on 03.20.61.72.10 to inform us of your decision.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and it must be returned within 21 days of your request. We will refund you within 14 days of receipt and verification of the product.


     - Accessories :
You have 14 days to retract your order. The terms and conditions are the same as for wallpaper, with a refund within 14 days of receipt.

     - Paints :
We are unable to offer returns for paint as they are made and tinted to order.


     - Custom Panoramas :
Custom panoramas cannot be returned as they are created especially for you.

 

Returning products after cancellation

 

If you've changed your mind and want to return a product, it couldn't be easier!

Fill in the form provided by our customer service department and return the product in its original packaging to Maison Janette, 4 Rue Konrad Adenauer, 59223 Roncq.

 

Products must be unopened, undamaged, damaged or soiled.

Wallpaper must not have been unrolled. To ensure that the products are properly protected for transport, they must be returned in their original packaging.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of verification of the items.

 

In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Maison Janette reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order.

 

Return of a non-compliant product

 

If a product is delivered incorrectly (product error, defective, damaged or incomplete product), don't panic!

You must make your reservations in writing to the e-mail address bonjour@maison-janette.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Always check your products before use.

 

For any request to return a product for non-conformity, you must obtain a return agreement from Maison Janette's customer service department by contacting bonjour@maison-janette.com or by telephone on 03.20.61.72.10, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5pm.

 

If the product does not conform, don't worry, we will send you a replacement order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at bonjour@maison-janette.com, we're always here to help!

 

    - Wallpaper, made-to-measure panoramics :

No claims will be accepted for wallpaper if more than three strips have been laid, or for made-to-measure panoramic wallpaper if more than two strips have been laid.

 

    - Paints

For paint, it may appear slightly darker in the pot than the final colour once applied to the walls.

To obtain the most accurate colour possible, we recommend testing a sample on the wall or on a small surface to see how the colour appears in your own space. Paint is always best appreciated dry.

If it is applied to more than one m², we will not be able to accept any claims.
